  • What type of equipment is required to have results?
    You need to have access to the internet. You also need access to minimal dumbbells and a step but access to a gym is suggested to maximize results.
  • Can we help women in their menopause?
    Yes, we can! We've assisted multiple women in menopause or those experiencing hormone-related issues.
  •  Can we help people with injuries?
    Certainly, if it's a minor injury, we can adapt the program to work alongside it. However, if it requires approval from a healthcare professional, we can proceed with exercises once you receive approval from them. If you haven't obtained approval yet, we advise scheduling an appointment with your healthcare professional. Our priority is to serve you effectively and responsibly. We aim to support rather than hinder your progress. Additionally, we can collaborate with your healthcare professional to ensure a successful recovery journey.
